A&L Property Ltd was founded in 2017 by Ashley and Louis with a single mission: to create cash flowing assets to help build wealth for years to come.
Our team consists of two highly motivated and passionate construction professionals who have over 25 years construction knowledge between us.
Our aim is to help like minded individuals in perusing their property journeys also or by helping them achieve greater levels of financial reward then they may be able to achieve elsewhere.

September 5th, 2021
A&L Property Ltd purchased this residential property in September 2021 and have since begun refurbishment works in order to increase the standard of the property for our future tenants. In doing so, we also look to increase the GDV on the property by 32%. Works are due to complete within Q1 of 2022.
October 13th, 2021
A&L Property acquired this property in Q4 of 2021 and have since been undergoing improvement works prior to it being at the standard necessary for our tenants. This property will see around a 25% increase in GDV on completion of the internal improvement works. Works are due to be complete by Q1 of 2022.
December 3rd, 2021
A&L Property acquired this property in Q4 of 2021 with a tenant in situ. This has meant that from the very first month we have seen our asset provide positive cash flow. Our long term aim for this property is to carry out a full refurbishment in order to increase the standard of living and in turn increase the GDV and rental income in which we can achieve. On completion of the planned refurbishment works this property will see around a 45% increase in GDV.
